Note: If you expect to arrive after office hours please contact us on tel: 0800 682 3224 before the office closes so that we can arrange to have a staff member available to greet you and let you in the security gate.
Camping Checkout Times
Check in: 12:00noon
Check out: 10:00am
The check in time for the cabins and onsite caravans is 2:00pm.
Payment
We accept eftpos, visa, mastercard, cheques and cash.
Shop
There is no shop onsite however there is a supermarket just a few minutes drive away, a dairy across the road from the Holiday Park entrance and many cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk of your tent.
Phone Services
Public phones are available just outside the Holiday Park (758kb pdf) entrance on Adams Avenue. Reception for mobile phones is very good.
Internet
We have free wireless access throughout the Holiday Park.
Laundry
Washing machines and dryers are coin operated ($4) and you can purchase laundry powder ($2) from the Holiday Park office.
Fridges and Freezers
Fridges and freezers are available for you to use in each of our three communal kitchens . Our cabins and onsite caravans also have fridges.
Televisions
There are flat screen televisions in the Ocean Park and Harbour Park (758kb pdf) amenity blocks
Messages and Mail
We hold all mail for guests in the office. Your mail will be filed in our mailbox under your surname.
Ice
You can purchase ice from the dairy across the road from the Holiday Park entrance.
Car wash
There are two car wash facilities available on site. These are located at the Ocean and Harbour Park (758kb pdf) amenity blocks.
Lost property
Lost property handed into the Holiday Park office is kept for a maximum of three months after which it is donated to charity. It is the guest’s responsibility to claim any lost property.
